For U.K customers, our standard delivery time is 5-8 business days. This timeline is excluding the 1-2 days of processing time for every order. You can check our shipping & delivery page for more information.
To get latest update on your order, you can use our track your order tool to see the processing stages of your order. After your order get successfully shipped, we will send you an email with your order number and package tracking number so you can track your order any minute.
All of our lamps and projectors are operated via plugged in only. None of them are battery powered. So you don’t need any AA/AAA batteries to operate.
All our products highly safe and are made with heat absortion technology. None of our products edit heat.

If you want to return and exchange the product. You can contact us immidiately via form given on return and exchange page. For return and exchange please make sure to request it within 7 days after you recieve the product.
